FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Where can I find the freeze pops in Canada?
A: They can be found in all major retailers across Canada.
Q: Where can I find the freeze pops in the USA?
A: Please contact us with the state in which you live and we will provide a list of distributors or wholesalers in your area that carry or distribute our pops.
Q: Do you produce packs that carry one flavour only?
A: We do not produce single flavoured cases as it is not a feasible option for us in terms of production and the retailers prefer to carry variety packs.
Q: Why can’t we source your freeze pops in the fall and winter months?
A: At present, you will not be able to find them in the stores during the fall and winter months as they are considered to be a seasonal item and the retailers will not list them all year. Please give your feedback to the grocery managers as it is consumer demand that will eventually change the policies.
Q: How long can the freeze pops last?
A: The regular freeze pops have a shelf life of 2 ½ years. Please reference the Best Before date which can be found on the main panels/bottom of the package. The 100% juice pops have a shelf life of 15 months and the Best Before date can be found on the front of the bags, near the logos.
Q: Do your products contain common allergens?
A: No, all Kisko products are nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, egg-free and Kosher.
Q: Can the freeze pops be ordered on-line?
A: Unfortunately, we do not sell directly to consumers and so do not offer on-line purchasing. |
