Can I return my order?

Thank you for trying our products! We hope that you love them as much as we do. Because our products are perishable, all food sales are final. In the event that your order arrives damaged or not up to our quality standards, we will happily replace your item(s). To make sure that you are satisfied with the products that you receive, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days of receipt if you would like to report a problem.

 

We try to make returns as easy as possible. All you have to do is

1.       Email us at ConsumerAffairs@kiskofreezies.com and provide us with your order number & reason for your return.

2.       We will get back to you and upon approval, provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return.

3.       We will send you the replacement item(s) in the mail once we receive your return.

 

Please note that we may ask you to provide a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) if the return is because of a damaged item.
