Because our products are perishable and carry heavier packaging weights, all food sales are final and we do not offer returns of any kind.
Please note that once an order is placed it is immediately sent to our team for processing and cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to add a product, modify or cancel items on your order once it has been confirmed.
Unfortunately we do not currently provide services to YT, NT, NU, NL or other Remote Areas.
Should we have an issue delivering to your location, you will be notified accordingly.

We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives and notify us within seven (7) days of receipt if you would like to report a problem.

If your order has been returned to us for any of the following reasons, we will refund your payment method for the product returned minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage and handling).
